TRACY SCHRAM
Tracy has enjoyed working in the roofing industry since 2004 and has lived in Arvada since 1995. He grew up working in the family sawmill and lumber yard and during his teenage years, he worked in the family machine shop. That’s where he honed his attention to detail. Tracy cut his teeth in the roofing industry as an adjuster, then moved into territory manager for a distributor in metro Denver and finally managed a roofing company prior to launching Arvada Roofing & Home Improvement. Years of experience throughout the various facets of the industry have given him a deep knowledge of the people, products, tools and scenarios which come together in order to bring about outstanding results for each customer. Outside of work, he enjoys watching his daughters play sports, motorcycle racing, snowmobiling and boating with his family.

“We are so happy with the work Tracy and his team provided! We desperately needed a new roof, we went with the Cedur product and not everyone has experience installing that product. We also had an external face lift done to the outside of the house where we replaced the existing bead board with James Hardy shake shingles. At the end of the project, Tracy caught all of the minor loose ends and had his team come back to finalize our project. We are so pleased with the final results and appreciate Arvada Roofing professionalism!”
RICK FOUTS
Rick’s current position is the Project Planning Coordinator at Arvada Roofing and Home Improvement. He is adept in CAD work as well as performs our take-offs and design detail.
DALE LITREAL
Dale has extensive experience in the pest control field serving both homeowners and businesses. A few years ago, he joined his friend Tracy at Arvada Roofing and discovered that his strong customer service background made for a great fit when it comes to helping customers with their roofs. He enjoys meeting with new clients, understanding their needs and seeing the customer’s satisfaction with the final product. Dale’s motto is work hard, play hard. In his free time, he enjoys taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoors with his family including camping, boating, hunting and fishing.
HEATH POSEY
Heath has worked as a Project Manager in the construction & roofing industries throughout the Front Range. He has worked a wide variety of projects from small repairs to tile, composites, and commercial roofs. When it comes to unique and specialty projects Heath is your guy. He enjoys a good challenge and the opportunity to find the best solution for the customer. His background is in engineering and production management. Outside of roofing you’ll find him traveling cross-country to visit family, enjoying most any outdoor activity, and tinkering/building things (hence why he enjoys roofing).

MIKE FLANIGAN
Mike has been in the roofing industry since 2011. He has worked for Arvada Roofing & Home Improvement since 2017. He has managed everything from small repairs to insurance funded jobs to multi million dollar jobs.
On a personal note, Mike spends his free time hiking, snowboarding and vacationing, preferably cruise ships.

RIC MITTLEMAN
Originally from the Bronx, New York, Ric has been managing various construction jobs in Colorado for over 40 years, and has lived here since he was 4. He entered the roofing industry 6 years ago desiring to add one of the last trades to his extensive skill set. Ric enjoys speaking with people and educating them on the many nuances of insurance claims and construction projects. He came to Arvada Roofing because of strong friendship bonds and an “I got your back” attitude making it an inviting and fun place to work. Ric enjoys the outdoors, whether that be skiing, cycling, fishing or riding his Harley on a beautiful Colorado day.
